The inspiration for Christina’s
designs comes to her from many sources: her extensive travels
in Europe, Russia, and the Orient; her studies in Italian, French
and Psychology; and her former lives as a Ballet dancer and dance
therapist. Christina’s
specialty, is elegant and oversized flower designs on glass.
Christina’s
wish is that ornaments should remind us of our most highly cherished
values, beauty, family, faith, and tradition. The values that
take nurturing to flourish, not just at the holidays, but all year
long. If her ornaments give joy and add a sense of poetry to your

The
creative joy from The Hen House is the inspiration of Joyce Ditz.
Joyce designed hand puppets for an educational children's program
while serving as a board member of the local chapter of the Lung
Association in 1979. In 1980, she founded The Hen House. Today, it
still embraces her philosophy of caring and nurturing. DITZ
designs and Hen House creations are enjoyed around the world because
of their imaginative, charming and heartwarming character, and
quality. The great attention to detail adds to their realism as well
as their ability to draw people into an enchanting world. Touches of
humor permeate with such items as bears serving as footrests,
butlers, and fisherman. Father Christmas Pieces make great gifts,
and become treasured family heirlooms. |

One piece of hot glass.
Luke
Adams' earliest memories are of drawing and sketching the things
around him and remember the vivid colors from his early childhood.
Creative interests and activities have always been a big part of
Luke's life that it wasn’t until he was much older that he saw them
as part of life and not just everything he was interested in. Adams
attended Mass College of Art and Design and apprenticed for many
successful artists during his education. He started his
business as soon as he graduated. It was important to
immediately pursue his craft as a profession. He soon built up
a consistent base of stores and galleries that sold his work.
Luke opened his current studio in Norwood MA in 2006 and also offers
glass blowing classes and fascinating demonstrations open to the
public. |

Two
of the most evocative themes of Christmas are children and snow.
And, since you can never have too much of a good thing during the
holiday season, the combination of these two images is simply
irresistible.
Elaine Roesle started her career in 1972 creating antique porcelain
doll reproductions. Her Snow Children came to life in 1990, from
which evolved charming limited edition figurines. Each
piece is designed and created by hand, one piece at a time, by
Elaine and her daughter at her in-home studio in Clayton, Ohio.
Each treasure is cast in
earthenware, fired, hand-painted, and then dressed and adorned with the finest sparkles to looking
like freshly fallen snow. Authenticity of Elaine’s
signature appears on these collectible pieces. Elaine Roesle’s
Snow Children are just what Santa might conjure up in his North Pole
workshop! |
